Welcome to Mission Work

An initiative by Tony Tay, his family members and friends, Mission Work aims to create lasting change for marginalised communities by mobilising collective goodwill and resources. Over the years, Mission Work has provided meaningful support for the elderly, women, migrant workers, children and people with disabilities across borders, including Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, India, Myanmar, Indonesia, Philippines.

With the dedication of countless supporters and volunteers, Mission Work continues to identify opportunities to lend a helping hand to those in need outside its home base in Singapore. Join us by spreading the word, supporting our projects, or participating in our outreach trips.

Our Current Project

Our latest focus is building a home for abandoned elderlies in Mymensingh, Bangladesh, providing them with dignity, care, and community in their golden years.

Progress & Goals

In the last 10 months, we’ve secured 1.5 acres of land, built boundary walls, and completed the main structure of our community home in Bangladesh.

This project will create a safe home for abandoned elderly individuals and support the surrounding community. We need $50,000 in the next 3 months to complete construction by July 2025.

Your support will help us install windows, doors, plumbing, electrical systems, and prepare living quarters for both residents and staff.
